Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the xbije platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits or withdrawals, or engaging with any promotional material — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of xbije, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. Unregistered visitors may browse the platform but may not place bets, play games or conduct any financial transactions.

xbije reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Your continued use of xbije following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Eligibility

To register and use xbije, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. xbije does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, bet or play under any circumstances.
• You are accessing xbije voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through xbije or any other responsible gaming mechanism.
• You have not previously had an xbije account closed for breach of these terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.

xbije reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport or birth certificate. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, xbije may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of xbije — including placing bets, playing games and making financial transactions — you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be used for account verification via one-time password (OTP). You must also provide accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one xbije account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful and complete, and you agree to keep this information updated at all times. xbije is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to provide accurate or current information.

xbije reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time where these terms have been breached or where xbije has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or dishonest activity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbije login credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your xbije account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify xbije support immediately at [email protected].

xbije employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the platform to protect data transmitted between your device and the xbije servers. However, xbije cannot guarantee the security of your device or any network you use to access the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your device is free of malware, keyloggers and other security threats.

xbije may, at its discretion, implement additional security checks including re-verification of identity for high-value transactions, unusual login activity or changes to account details. These measures are in place to protect the security of your account and funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xbije are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbije does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The following deposit methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. xbije is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's network or system. You must only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the results of any applicable verification checks.

Verification: xbije reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your National ID, proof of mobile number ownership or evidence that your deposit payment account is registered in your name. Withdrawals may be held pending receipt and review of the required documentation.

• Funds deposited into your xbije account may not be transferred to another player's account.
• xbije does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• xbije reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction it deems suspicious or unusually large.
• Unused account balances that have been dormant for a period exceeding 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction as notified to the account holder.

Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on xbije — including cricket, football, kabaddi and any other markets offered on the platform — is governed by xbije's Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet on xbije, you confirm your acceptance of these rules.

Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed only when xbije issues a bet confirmation reference number. Until such confirmation is issued, no bet has been accepted. xbije reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Odds may change between the time a bet is requested and the time it is confirmed. If odds change before confirmation, xbije will notify you and provide the option to accept or decline the revised odds. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to the odds available at the moment of bet acceptance.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket internationals, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). In the event of an obvious pricing error, xbije reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the player's BDT wallet.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the result is inconclusive; an obvious system or pricing error has occurred; or xbije has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these terms. Voided bet stakes are returned to the BDT wallet.

Maximum Winnings: xbije applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet placement. xbije is not obligated to pay amounts exceeding the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the odds accepted.

Casino & Games Rules

xbije offers a range of casino and gaming products including live dealer casino tables, slot games, bingo and fishing games. All gaming products are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt and Spribe. Use of these products is governed by these Terms & Conditions as well as the specific game rules applicable to each title.

Return to Player (RTP): All slot and RNG-based games offered through xbije operate on certified random number generation with published RTP percentages as provided by the respective game studio. xbije does not modify RTP values and is not responsible for the internal configuration of third-party game software.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating under the rules of the respective game (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, etc.). Results are determined by physical outcomes — the fall of cards, the spin of the roulette wheel — and are not modifiable by xbije after a game round has commenced.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including disconnection, server error or display error — xbije will use all reasonably available data to determine the outcome of the affected round. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's BDT wallet. No further compensation will be provided.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game title carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play. xbije reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Bonuses & Promotions

xbije may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms announced at the time of the promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this section where there is a conflict.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Bets placed on certain markets or games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are available once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment account. xbije reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, and to refuse, reclaim or cancel bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where these terms have been breached.

Abuse and Manipulation: xbije employs monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; and coordinated play to exploit promotion terms. Any such activity will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Responsible Gaming

xbije is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

xbije provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your xbije BDT wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

xbije complies with the principle that the 21+ age restriction is a firm requirement. If xbije has reason to believe that an account is being used by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbije platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Funding your account using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the xbije platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tools designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the platform's software for financial gain. Any such gain will be reversed and the account closed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other xbije players without their authorisation.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion measures, whether your own or those applied to another person.

xbije monitors platform activity continuously and employs fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, xbije reserves the right to take any and all actions it deems appropriate, including those listed above, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbije platform — including but not limited to the xbije brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xbije or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xbije platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any xbije content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on xbije content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any xbije software or game engine.
• Use the xbije brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by xbije.
• Frame or mirror any part of the xbije platform on another website without written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective terms. xbije is licensed to distribute this content and does not claim ownership over it.

Privacy & Data

xbije collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, financial transactions and platform use. The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the xbije Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an xbije account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbije's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you into your xbije account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbije shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Disruptions to platform availability caused by events outside xbije's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest or government action.
• Any action taken by xbije in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including the suspension or closure of an account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Amendments to These Terms

xbije reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. xbije may, at its discretion, notify registered players of significant changes via the contact details held on their account, but is not obligated to do so.

Your continued use of the xbije platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

xbije operates as a safe and reliable platform applying industry-standard security and fair-play practices. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of xbije complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. xbije makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the xbije platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with the English language version of these terms serving as the authoritative document in any such proceedings.
